After attending Minnesota State University, Mankato Rich got a job with an electrical distributor. Starting in the warehouse and working his way up to sales helped him to learn all there was to know about the industry. For years he was also responsible for the engraving service for their customers. After 7 years with the company and helping launch two of their new locations, Rich decided to start
All-Star Engraving. 

 

Being a business owner he enjoys the more direct contact he has with his electricians and purchasers/project managers . He feels he is able to provide more personal attention to each project and personally sees it from start to finish. Some projects are straightforward but many are unique and require a great attention to the smallest details. Still others require collaboration to ensure they meet all specs, inspection requirements, etc.
